Terms of Use

These Terms govern Proselle, an iOS application operated by Reondir LLC, a North Carolina company. The publication URL is:

These Terms apply to your use of Proselle. By using Proselle, you agree to them.

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Proselle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Proselle. If you use Proselle for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

The service

Proselle provides local voice recording, on-device transcription, saved text sessions, text cleanup, card creation, export, and optional AI organization and passage-selection tools. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. Proselle is a productivity tool and not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional-advice service.

Your content

You retain ownership of text, audio, names, images, and other material you provide or create with Proselle. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to record, transcribe, share, or process that material. You must not use Proselle to violate another person's privacy or rights.

Local transcription does not send audio to Reondir LLC. Optional AI tools process text only after your explicit action and consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Optional AI tools and limits

AI tools require an internet connection and may be unavailable because of provider outages, safety controls, validation failures, service limits, or Reondir LLC's cost-control budget. Pro currently includes up to 20 AI requests per UTC day while the service is available. A global monthly service budget may temporarily suspend AI requests for all users. Local recording, transcription, saved sessions, rule-based cleanup, cards, and exports are not dependent on that AI availability.

AI results can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review all results before relying on or sharing them. Proselle preserves your original text where its product workflow promises preservation, but you remain responsible for the final content.

Subscriptions

Proselle Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The applicable duration, price, currency, taxes, and any introductory offer are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront. Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Apple controls purchase processing, refunds, and billing disputes.

Pro access may be suspended or expire if Apple cannot verify an active entitlement, a transaction is revoked, or the subscription ends. Reondir LLC may provide reasonable service credits or other remedies when a material service-budget interruption prevents Pro AI use, subject to applicable law and Apple's billing rules.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Proselle, evade quotas or entitlement checks, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, submit malicious code or instructions, infringe rights, or use the service to create unlawful or harmful content.

Intellectual property

Proselle, its software, design, branding, and documentation belong to Reondir LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app while it is available to you. No ownership is transferred.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proselle is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate. On-device transcription and AI results may contain errors. You should retain copies of important material and independently verify consequential content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reondir LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Proselle. Reondir LLC's total liability for claims arising from Proselle will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Reondir LLC for Proselle during the twelve months before the event or US $100, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Termination

You may stop using Proselle at any time. Reondir LLC may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security, legal requirements, service discontinuation, or material breach. Provisions concerning ownership, content, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and applicable law survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted in your place of residence.
